The meeting was presided over by Lin Fukui, the secretary – general of the Electrical and Intelligent Sub – Committee and the head of the Standard Working Department of Beijing Research Institute of Hoisting and Conveying Machinery Design Co., Ltd. Lu Jianhu, the deputy secretary – general of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Lifting Machinery, the general manager of Beijing KZP Engineering Technology Testing and Research Institute Co., Ltd., and the director of the National Quality Inspection and Testing Center for Hoisting and Conveying Machinery, Chen Diqi, the secretary of the Party committee of Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Crane Co., Ltd., the organizer of the meeting, and other leaders and special guests were invited to attend the meeting. Chen Diqi delivered a welcome speech at the meeting.
According to the meeting schedule, the participating experts first listened to the introduction of the standard – making process, main content and basis of the standard by Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd., the leading drafting unit of the standard. Subsequently, they carefully discussed the main technical content of the draft standard. This included in – depth discussions on key issues such as the standard name, scope of application, overall framework, main technical content of this national standard, and the coordination with the content of each part of the national standard “Intelligent Systems of Lifting Machinery”. All participating representatives actively expressed their opinions and expounded their viewpoints. At the end of the meeting, a consensus was reached on the above – mentioned issues. The convening of this meeting has laid a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the standard – making work.
The national standard “General Technical Specifications for Remote Control Systems of Lifting Machinery” is an important standard in the electrical and intelligent standard system of lifting machinery, and also a key standard to support and promote the intelligent development of lifting machinery. This national standard stipulates the key technical indicators of the remote control system of lifting machinery, providing a technical basis for relevant parties such as production and inspection. It will play a supportive, promotional and guiding role in promoting the intelligent transformation and technological upgrading of lifting machinery, improving the intelligent standard system of lifting machinery, facilitating scientific and technological innovation in the industry, promoting the safe development of intelligent lifting machinery, and enhancing the international competitiveness of China’s equipment.
