This system uses Mitsubishi PLC. The hoisting and trolley mechanisms are equipped with Yaskawa frequency converters, and the slewing mechanism uses an RCV controller. The system operates stably with a low failure rate. More than a hundred units of this system have been shipped both domestically and internationally.
Domestically, it has been used in the construction of multiple projects, such as the site of the West Lake Cultural Square, a landmark building in Hangzhou; Cixi Country Garden in Ningbo; the Xitiaoxi Super – large Bridge on the Nanjing – Hangzhou High – speed Railway; Hangzhou Xixi Intime City; and Yuhang South Station. Internationally, it has been applied to construction sites in Asian and African countries like Iran and Algeria. Its excellent performance in the construction of the Cross – Nile Bridge in Uganda this time has made a contribution to the construction of African countries.
