Scope of Application

The KTJ series of AC cam controllers are applicable to main circuits with an alternating current frequency of 50 Hz (60 Hz) and a rated operating voltage of 380 V (440 V) or less. They are used to change the resistance value in the stator circuit of wound – rotor motors, thereby controlling the starting, speed regulation, operation, and reversing of the motors.

Structural Features

Among the products in this series, the KTJ15A series of AC cam controllers are developed on the basis of the KTJ15 series of AC cam controllers, which were designed through a national unified design project organized by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry with our company’s participation. Based on the advantages of our company’s contacts and the actual usage conditions of users, the internal contact structure has been improved. This makes the structure more reasonable, extends the service life, and enhances the reliability of the product while keeping the external dimensions unchanged.
The KTJ17 series of AC cam controllers are products that have been optimized based on the KTJ15A series of AC cam controllers. At the same time, the height of the product has been effectively reduced, making the operation more comfortable.
