In his speech, Division Chief Cao Yiding introduced the basic situation of national standardization work, affirmed the achievements made in the standardization work in the professional field of lifting machinery, and conveyed the relevant spirit of the two “guidelines”, namely the “National Standardization Development Outline” and the “Outline for Building a Quality – Powerful Country”. Focusing on supporting the intelligent and high – end development of equipment in the lifting machinery field, he put forward three requirements for the standardization work of the Electrical and Intelligent Sub – Committee: First, it is necessary to correctly handle the relationship between intelligence and safety, and ensure that the intelligent standardization work of lifting machinery is carried out with safety as the bottom line. Second, standardization work should be carried out in a standardized manner, and it is necessary to strictly implement the work requirements such as the “Administrative Measures for National Standards”. Third, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of standardization talents and cultivate a standardization talent team with a reasonable age structure, who understand technology and standards and have an international perspective.
In his speech, Deputy Chief Engineer Tan Xiangning expressed his congratulations on the establishment of the Electrical and Intelligent Sub – Committee, introduced the domestic and international standardization work in the machinery field, affirmed the achievements made in the standardization work in the lifting machinery field, and pointed out that the focus of the standardization work in the machinery industry this year is “centering around the central task, serving the overall situation, promoting the implementation of the requirements of ‘dual – digitization’, ‘dual – carbon’, and ‘dual – circulation’, promoting the connection between the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, enhancing the resilience of the industrial chain, and achieving high – quality development.” He also put forward work requirements for the Electrical and Intelligent Sub – Committee from three aspects: “responsibility”, “compliance”, and “learning”.
The First Meeting of the First Session was presided over by Lin Fukui, the secretary – general of the Electrical and Intelligent Sub – Committee and the head of the Standard Working Department of Beijing Research Institute of Hoisting and Conveying Machinery Design Co., Ltd. First, the meeting read out the “Letter of Appointment of Cheng Tao as the Advisor of the Sub – Technical Committee on Electrical and Intelligent Systems of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Lifting Machinery (SAC/TC227/SC6)”, and Director – member Yue Wenchong presented the certificate. Subsequently, Director – member Yue Wenchong of the Electrical and Intelligent Sub – Committee delivered a speech. In his speech, he introduced the work ideas and thoughts of the first – session Electrical and Intelligent Sub – Committee from aspects such as implementing the responsibilities of the standardization committee, increasing the formulation of basic standards, and benchmarking against international advanced standards. He also suggested that all members should pool their efforts, bravely assume responsibilities, and jointly promote the standardization work to strongly support the digital, automated, and intelligent development of the lifting machinery industry.
