This system adopts a full – frequency conversion control mode. For the main hoisting mechanism, the CIMR – G5B4160 frequency converter from Yaskawa Electric Corporation in Japan is selected, which uses the closed – loop vector control mode. The CIMR – G7A4075 frequency converter from Yaskawa is used for the auxiliary hoisting mechanism. The CIMR – G7B4075 frequency converter from Yaskawa is chosen for the gantry mechanism, and the CIMR – G7B4022 frequency converter from Yaskawa is adopted for the trolley mechanism. The whole – machine control system uses the FX_2N series PLC from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation in Japan.
