This machine adopts a full – frequency – conversion AC speed – regulation scheme, and the Yaskawa G7 series frequency converters are selected. Among them, the main hoisting and auxiliary hoisting mechanisms adopt the closed – loop vector control mode. The gantry and trolley mechanisms are translational mechanisms, using the open – loop V/F control mode. The Profibus communication mode is used between the frequency converters and the PLC.
The whole – machine PLC system adopts the master – slave station control mode: the main PLC is from SIEMENS’ S7 – 300 series and is installed in the PLC cabinet. A remote station is set for each of the main hoisting, auxiliary hoisting, gantry, trolley, and the control console, using P + F bus modules. Data is sent and received between the PLC control cabinet and the remote stations via the PROFIBUS bus.
