This system mainly consists of the main hoisting mechanism, auxiliary hoisting mechanism, and luffing mechanism. The ABB ACC600 series frequency converters are used for driving, and the frequency converters are shared by the dual – main hoisting and luffing mechanisms.
It adopts stepless speed regulation. The dual main hooks can operate independently or in linkage, and the two motors of the luffing mechanism achieve torque balance. When the load is light, the speed can be increased under constant – power operation.
The monitoring system uses a GP2500S full – Chinese touch – type graphic display to form a user – friendly human – machine interface. It can dynamically monitor information such as current and voltage, detect electrical faults, and provide maintenance guidance.
