This system adopts a full variable – frequency control method.
  • The hoisting mechanism is driven by a CIMR – G5A4300 frequency converter, using speed and torque control with vector technology.
  • The gantry mechanism is driven by a CIMR – G5A4055 frequency converter.
  • The luffing mechanism is driven by a CIMR – GA4045 frequency converter.
The overall control system of the machine uses the S7 – 300 series PLC from Siemens.
