In this system, both the hoisting and trolley mechanisms adopt the conventional method of connecting resistors in series with the rotor for control. The gantry mechanism is equipped with two CIMR – G54037 frequency converters from Japan’s Yaskawa. These frequency converters can respectively control the speeds of the motors on both sides of the circular arc track, thus effectively solving the problem of the gantry wheels gnawing on the rails.

The system uses a Siemens S7 – 300 PLC, and the GP2500S touch – screen is selected for the monitoring system.
